We need your help!

At the beginning of this campaign we asked the TDSB to:

1. Reverse all 9 of the teachers being cut at Alternative High Schools

2. Commit to do more to promote Alternative High Schools

Good new update! ACTION has been taken on TDSB’s commitment to do MORE to promote Alternative High Schools!

1. Open Houses in June and August for prospective students. Learn more about each school on this website: https://altschools.ca/our-schools and contact the school for dates. You can find a list of all the alt HS and their open house dates and times here : https://www.tdsb.on.ca/Find-your/School/Alternative-Schools

2. Emails have been sent to all high school and elementary principals, vice-principals and guidance counselors refreshing them on what Alt HS offer.

3. A virtual Information Fair will be held to promote Alt HS to all TSDB schools.
