TDSB has acted on our request to promote Alternative High Schools in the TDSB Connects emails that go out to parents. A paragraph (see below) was included in their June 29th email. Alternative Schools – Alternative schools are safe, highly engaged, smaller school environments that are ideal for students seeking an alternative to mainstream education and who want to take an active role in their own learning. Learn more about the hands-on approach of alternative schools, including secondary alternative schools. Virtual information fairs for alternative schools will also be held in the 2021-22 school year. Details will be made available on the alternative schools' webpage in September.
